As a user of BetaChow, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your account and complying with our community guidelines. The following responsibilities apply to all users:

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant BetaChow a non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and improve the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use BetaChow. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetaChow Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if BetaChow has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BetaChow in the twelve months preceding the claim.
